another flower lesson

Psalm 103:15-19 (JDV)

Psalm 103:15 As for a mortal, his days are like grass – he blooms like a flower of the field;
Psalm 103:16 when the wind passes over it, it vanishes, and its place is no longer known.
Psalm 103:17 But from the last age to the next age Yahveh’s covenant faithfulness is toward those who fear Him and His righteousness toward the grandchildren
Psalm 103:18 of those who keep his covenant, who remember to observe his precepts.
Psalm 103:19 Yahveh has established his throne in the sky, and his kingdom rules over all.

another flower lesson

Jesus was not the first to teach us to consider the wildflowers.
This psalmist shows us that the flower’s bloom lasts only a while, then it vanishes. God is the one who is immortal.
