Psalm 102:25-28 (JDV)

Psalm 102:25 Long ago you established the land, and the sky is something your hands have made.
Psalm 102:26 They will be destroyed, but you will endure; all of them will wear out like clothing. You will change them like clothes, and they will pass away.
Psalm 102:27 But you are the same, and your years will never be finished.
Psalm 102:28 Your servants’ children will settle down securely, and their offspring will be established before you.”

kids and grandkids

Middle age is also the time to entrust your offspring (and theirs) into God’s hands. He is immortal — you are not. You can worry about those for whom you are responsible, or you can give them into God’s hands. The latter is the wiser choice.
