reverence his presence

Psalm 132:6-9 (JDV)

Psalm 132:6 We heard of the ark in Ephrathah; we found it in the fields of Yaar.
Psalm 132:7 Let us go to his residence; let us worship at his footstool.
Psalm 132:8 Rise up, Yahveh, come to your resting place, you and your powerful ark.
Psalm 132:9 May your priests be clothed with righteousness, and may your faithful people shout for joy.

reverence his presence

The wording of verse 6 reminds me of the parable of the treasure hidden in the field. As a pastor. I am tempted to treat worship as an ordinary event, a service to be organized and performed. Lord, give me the wisdom to reverence your presence in my worship.
