Psalm 104:19-23 (JDV)
Psalm 104:19 He made the moon to mark the festivals; the sun knows when to set.
Psalm 104:20 You bring darkness, and it becomes night when all the forest animals stir.
Psalm 104:21 The young lions roar for their prey and seek their food from God.
Psalm 104:22 The sun rises; they go back and lie down in their dens.
Psalm 104:23 Adam goes out to his work and to his labor until evening.
When the sun goes down and the moon takes over the night shift, the beasts come out to seek their food. He provides for them as well. He cares about them. He has placed the day shift in Adam’s hands. He oversees the night shift himself.
