those assisting our walk

brown-skip-army-rangers-marching-in-formation-with-blurNumbers 3-4     These chapter record two censuses taken of the tribe of Levi.  The first was of the males of the whole tribe who were over one month old.  These were considered substitutes for all the firstborn sons of the other tribes.  They were dedicated to the service of the LORD in the place of the others. The second census was to make sure that there were enough able-bodied men to maintain and move the tabernacle.  Whenever the congregation walked, these assistants were there.

LORD, we want to stop and thank you for all those who are dedicated to your service, who help us in our Christian walk.
